Scott Alford is the most recent addition to the id Management Development Team. He brings with him an international perspective to training due to gaining extensive knowledge and skills in Australia. He is professionally qualified, holds the Certificate in Training Practice and has a 10 year history in Training, Sales, Account Management, Customer Service and People Management.
Scott has been involved with organisations such as The Cobra Group Pty Ltd and Eugene Perma, where he gained valuable experience in directing and training sales teams and business development managers. He has also worked extensively in the Hospitality and Entertainment industry. Scott is experienced in maintaining and developing a blue chip corporate portfolio, designing innovative, reward and recognition programmes, training managers / senior staff members and implementing a successful mentoring programme for new recruits.
