External Experience
Liz started her career in the public sector as part of the Employment Service and was given the opportunity to move into training. Liz continued her career in the private sector looking after the learning and development needs of 2000 staff during a period of major culture and organisational change. She then joined an international management systems company, set up learning and development processes and managed and delivered training for all staff during a period of rapid UK and international expansion. Liz took a lead role in developing commercial training products for customers, managing a team of UK based trainers and rolling out training delivery systems around the world.Her recent clients include Orange, HBOS, Worcester County Council, Automic Weapons Executive, Volvo, Adult Learning Inspectorate, and T Mobile
Specialisations
Liz is an associate of the id Management Development Team and is particularly skilled in developing results-focused solutions in areas such as Behavioural Change and Business Facilitation. She also has extensive experience in training trainers and acting as a personal tutor for CIPD’s Certificate in Training Practice Programme.
She isa Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, NLP Master Practitioner and has a MA in Human Resource Management.
