David Penn
Associate
David Penn is an associate of id and brings over 15 years' experience of learning and development to the role. With an initial background in education, he moved into HR management with a role at Procter & Gamble.
His experience in these areas is backed up with first rate qualifications which he brings into play in all areas of his work with id. An Honours degree in Education was followed by a Masters in Language and Psychology, with further Postgraduate study bringing a Distinction in his HR Management course and Membership of the CIPD.
His interest in Project Management brought him to London and, after an initial year of consultancy, David spent two years as Project Director for a very successful Marcoms agency – delivering global initiatives to his principal client Hewlett Packard along with several supportive projects for the likes of Dell, Storagetek, Procter & Gamble, and Quantum.
In 2003, David formed his own company, apropos, which offers both outsourced marketing and learning and development consultancy and delivery. In his work with id, David provides expertise in Business Writing, HR Management, Project Management and broad-based Leadership and Management programmes. Over the last five years his clients have included Unilever, Bank of England, BP, Pfizer, Inland Revenue, ICI, Motorola, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
