Infast had identified the need to develop a group of approximately 15 Project Management Champions capable of taking on and scoping projects from the outset, monitoring and controlling both progress and risk through to a successful conclusion.
Need
The overall requirement is to provide a comprehensive programme that will enable participants to understand project management theories and methodologies and provide them with a practical “tool box” of strategies and techniques that they will be able to employ back in the workplace.
