At Woodland Grange we are always looking for client feedback, good or bad, we work closely with our clients in order to keep our standards high and deliver exemplary service every time. It is however always nice to receive positive remarks, below are a few comments customers have left us this year.

"Woodland Grange has been chosen as the venue for all IQMS Midlands training courses. We started training at Woodland Grange in January 2009 and the feedback from delegates has been very positive, in fact the only complaint has been that the food is too good. All the support services for the venue run smoothly and are of a high standard, which helps our trainers focus on the subject matter without having to worry about the facilities. The delegates benefit too and are consequently able to concentrate on the subject matter in hand whether it be Quality, Environmental or Health and Safety."

We have had two launches in Woodland Grange recently, and the whole team worked with us and together in a way I have rarely seen - efficiently! They have thought of everything to assist your experience with great meeting rooms and facilities down to fresh fruit & baked items at breaks, wifi, resource room and photocopier on hand for any last minute jobs.
