Customer care is at the heart of everything we do here at Woodland Grange Conference Centre. We fully recognise that the level of client satisfaction and ultimately the business success rests with one single factor...our people. Service is subjective and can only be experienced; it is the responsibility of everyone within the team to provide the personal touch to make individual customers feel welcome and valued. Our definition of customers extends to all stakeholders as well as paying customers and consequently we are committed to acting responsibly within the social communities that we operate.
